We are a well-organized foundation with a large following of individuals and organizations. There is a massive need in our targeted communities. There are no other groups or organizations working on several of the projects we have implemented. Our management team individually and collectively are leaders in their fields. We enjoy considerable community support both in the US and Mexico.

Wagro Foundation knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. Back in 2000, our Non-Profit Organization realized that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Wagro Foundation.

ABOUT US

WAGRO Foundation is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization created in 2012 and rooted in the principles of equity, diversity and inclusion. Its mission is to provide resources to strengthen diversity, promote reconnection among families with their culture and heritage, by encouraging academic exchange, collaboration agreements with community organizations as well as local governments and other institutions, to create more and better opportunities for the BIPOC community. Education is a fundamental part of the development of any country; children and youth now in a few years will constitute the labor force that will sustain the economy, politics and society. In the midsts of the COVID-19 pandemic, WAGRO's goals change to also promote equity in healthcare for communities of color. In order to achieve this goal WAGRO served over around 1000 families with our programs. Our foundation was also able to aid about 300 families with rent assistance, specifically members who belonged to communities of color. Furthermore, we partnered with both Snohomish health district and with the University of Washington to bring COVID-19 testing to Snohomish county to keep everyone safe, healthy and aware during this time.
